At our larger international sporting events we always look to invite a charity team to take part, or support charity projects who raise money through sport or sporting endeavour.

In 2024 we are delighted to be supporting our friends at Wooden Spoon www.woodenspoon.org.uk based around our D-Day 80 event. 

Wooden Spoon are the children’s charity of rugby, and fund projects to support vulnerable children and young people across the UK & Ireland.

The historic significance of the Allied Invasion in June1944 can never be underestimated.

This year in commemoration of those deeds Francourt Events, World Rugby Rugby Memorial and Wooden Spoon come together to pay tribute to all those from around the world who served in World War Two.
