Our unique musical tour for school choirs returns in 2023.
Visiting France is always a pleasure and here we offer a wonderful opportunity to take part in the annual Somme Remembrance along with performing in a concert at Amiens Cathedral.
With our partners we have arranged that once again there will be performances at the three main remembrance services on July 1st at Lochnagar Crater, Thiepval Memorial and Ulster Tower. An experience that will live on with the students and staff.
This event will also combine educational elements around the history of WW1 on the Somme, and included is a music Masterclass with Emma Brown, Mezzo Soprano. Emma will be with you to lead the remembrance at Thiepval Memorial and will join you as a guest performer in Amiens.
The group will be based in Amiens which is 2 hours from the Port of Calais and Eurotunnel.
The event takes place between June 28th to July 2nd 2023.
